We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

3. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen calibration.

• MIYA reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product sold.
• Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only for specified periods and cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase — it is confirmed only after we accept it via WhatsApp or written confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing, or if we detect fraudulent activity.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch, unless cash on delivery is agreed upon.
• We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash. Online credit/debit card payments are facilitated by trusted third-party processors.
• MIYA is not liable for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. MIYA is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control. Full delivery details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
• It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. MIYA is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Key points:

• Returns accepted within 7 days for unused products in original packaging.
• Refunds processed via original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Opened, used, or personalised items are not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the MIYA website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and design — is the property of MIYA Kids & Toys and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIYA Kids & Toys shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or revenue
• Damages resulting from third-party courier or payment provider errors
• Temporary unavailability or technical errors on the website

Our total liability in any matter is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malappuram, Kerala, India.
