MIYA ships to customers across India. Our delivery service is divided into three zones:
- Local (Manjeri & nearby areas): Same-day or next-day delivery by our own delivery
team.
- Kerala (Malappuram & other districts): 2–4 business days via courier.
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days via trusted national couriers like DTDC,
Delhivery, or India Post.

Order Processing
Once you place an order via WhatsApp checkout:
- Our team will confirm your order within 1–2 hours during business hours (9 AM – 9
PM).
- Payment is arranged directly via UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Order Tracking
We keep you informed every step of the way:
- A WhatsApp confirmation is sent when your order is placed.
- A dispatch notification with tracking details is sent once your order ships.
- For local deliveries, our delivery executive will call you before arriving.
- You can message us on WhatsApp anytime for a live status update.
Safe Packaging
We take great care to ensure your toys arrive in perfect condition:
- All products are wrapped in protective bubble wrap and placed in sturdy boxes.
- Fragile or oversized items receive additional padding and custom packaging.
- Products are sealed and labelled clearly with the recipient's details.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, the following situations may cause delays:
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
- Courier partner delays outside our control
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Public holidays or peak festive season congestion
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it
immediately.
